Come molti uomini del suo tempo, Klimt si nutriva di musica classica e nei suoi quadri compaiono spesso soggetti musicali. Musica e Arte nei secoli si sono rivelati essere i due elementi di un binomio perfetto atto a rivelare le sensazioni, i sentimenti ed il vissuto di ogni essere umano. Il nuovo logo vuole proprio rappresentare l’essenza di tale sintesi ed ispirare il futuro percorso del nostro ensemble.
Like many men of his time, Klimt fed on classical music and musical subjects often appear in his paintings. Music and Art over the centuries have proved to be the two elements of a perfect combination capable of revealing the sensations, feelings and experiences of every human being. The new logo really wants to represent the essence of this synthesis and inspire the future path of our ensemble.

Il Quartetto Klimt dà il benvenuto a Jacopo Di Tonno, violoncellista e musicista appassionato con cui abbiamo avuto già numerose occasioni di incontro e collaborazione. In questi 27 anni abbiamo condiviso tante avventure musicali e umane con Alice Gabbiani, a cui va tutta la nostra affettuosa riconoscenza.
The Quartetto Klimt welcomes Jacopo Di Tonno, a passionate cellist and musician with whom we have already had numerous opportunities to meet and collaborate. In these 27 years we have shared many musical and human adventures with Alice Gabbiani, to whom goes all our affectionate gratitude.
New vision.
Ad un certo punto, di quattro vite capita che una decida di prendere strade diverse, e allora, dopo un abbraccio indimenticabile, le tre vite restanti si mettono a cercarne un’altra che faccia al caso loro e, una volta trovata, si ricomincia da capo con grande entusiasmo. Grazie a questa ritrovata e rinnovata energia, l’impegno del Quartetto Klimt sarà proteso verso una nuova visione che prefigura ben quattro obiettivi: la proposta concertistica (con ampio repertorio classico e contemporaneo per quartetto con pianoforte), le collaborazioni con artisti (per dar vita a capolavori che prevedono ensemble allargati), la didattica (perché per noi è fondamentale il trasferimento proattivo del sapere e il confronto con le nuove generazioni di musicisti) ed infine un nuovo progetto (chiamiamolo “K” per il momento), che verrà presentato nel 2023.
At a certain point, out of four lives it happens that one decides to take different paths, and then, after an unforgettable embrace, the remaining three start looking for another one that suits them and, once found, they start all over again with great enthusiasm. Thanks to this rediscovered and renewed energy, the commitment of the Klimt Quartet will embrace a new vision that prefigures four objectives: the concert proposal (with a wide classical and contemporary repertoire for piano quartet), collaborations with other artists (to give life to masterpieces with enlarged ensembles), teaching (because the proactive transfer of knowledge and the relation with new generations of musicians is fundamental for us) and finally a brand new project (let's call it "K" for the moment), which will be presented in 2023.
